What is a regeneration?

Is the number hidden until I pay?
No. The cost range, the planning read, the uplift and the design direction are all visible on the free plan. Paying unlocks editing, regenerating and quoting.
Do builders need to pay to reply?
No. A builder opens the scope you share, reviews the takeoff, lodges or revises a quote and replies to any line, with no account and no charge, on every plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the period. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for. Your projects stay readable on the free plan.
Are prices GST inclusive?
Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Your invoice shows the GST component.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
They stay. You can open and read every report and scope you have created. Editing, regenerating and quoting on projects above the free limit pause until you upgrade again.
Does archiving a project free a slot?
No. Archived projects still count toward your plan. To free a slot, contact us and we'll delete the project permanently.
